* Holders of ordinary Hong Kong SAR passports and British National (Overseas) passports are not eligible for NZETAs and will need to apply for a visitor visa.
** Passport holders from Taiwan can get an NZETA if they present a passport that has been issued by the authorities in Taiwan that show their personal details in Chinese characters and which includes a photograph of the holder. The passport must also include a machine-readable zone.
